Kimberli Woodard, DPT

Kimberli graduated from the University of the Pacific where she received her degree in 2006. Kimberli has focused on outpatient physical therapy, working in San Diego and in the Chico area prior to joining our team in 2012. Kimberli has focused on manual therapy in the outpatient orthopedic setting and continues her education through various continuing education programs.

Megan Rose, PTA

Megan is from San Diego and moved to Northern California in 2023. She graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2016 with a degree in Strategic Communication. After working for a few years, Megan decided to change careers and attended Concorde Career College in San Diego where she graduated from the accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program in 2021. Since graduating, she has focused on outpatient physical therapy with her first job specializing in spinal pathologies. Megan enjoys using manual techniques, exercise, and modalities in order to help people achieve their individual goals and improve their quality of life.

Ryan, PT Tech

Ryan is a dedicated Physical Therapist Aide at Parkside PT, committed to helping patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence through rehabilitation. With hands-on experience as a caretaker at a senior living facility in Chico and an Athletic Training Aide at Butte College Athletics, he has developed a deep understanding of patient care, injury prevention, and recovery techniques. His background working with athletes and seniors alike has equipped him with the skills to support a wide range of patients on their journey to better health. Beyond his professional role, Ryan thrives on staying active and pushing his limits through sports such as golf, pickleball, running, and basketball. He enjoys continuous learning, whether through reading, exploring new challenges, or engaging with the latest advancements in physical therapy. His passion for helping others, combined with his drive for personal and professional growth, makes him a valuable asset to the Parkside PT team.

Chelsea, Receptionist

Chelsea is from the Chico and Durham area. As the Front Desk Receptionist here at Parkside Physical Therapy, she enjoys interacting with our patients. Chelsea is happy to help with booking future appointments and answer any questions that arise. In her spare time, she delights in spending time with her husband and two children. Chelsea loves going to Disneyland, concerts, traveling to different baseball stadiums, volunteering, and wine tasting with friends.
